Looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our hospitality team? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team at the Jimboomba Tavern.

About the Role
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers and foster a sense of community within the tavern
  • Support the Publican in ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, promoting a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and customer service throughout each shift

About You

  • You have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in supervising teams and driving business results
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
