**Food and Beverage Team Leader Job Description

Rydgessouth bank is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to support service across our outlets: Café, Bar & Dining (CBD), Soleil Pool Bar, and Room Service. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be guiding a team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, assisting in service while providing support and direction to team members. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career by leading a team and building their hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily service across the venue
  • Support and guide team members during shifts
  • Lead by example to maintain high service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries and ensure a positive experience
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and service-ready
  • Uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in food and beverage service
  • Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and service presentation
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
