Water Infrastructure Pipeline Renewal Team Leader

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves leading a team of field crew in the renewal of water infrastructure pipelines. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, experience with state-of-the-art equipment, and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of competent field crew to achieve project goals
  • Oversee the operation of state-of-the-art equipment in pipeline renewal
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in civil construction or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work on sites across Regional NSW & ACT, OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Nationally accredited licences and tickets
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Good work ethic, positive work attitude, and strong focus on safety
