Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead renewal strategies for key accounts, driving customer retention and revenue growth by managing renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and providing trusted advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive renewal plans for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful renewals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs, identify potential challenges, and address concerns related to existing contracts.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, articulate the value proposition of our products and services, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Forecast renewal rates and maintain a detailed pipeline of upcoming renewals, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective renewal processes.
  • Navigate challenging customer situations, including objections and potential churn risks, with professionalism and poise.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, renewals, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • A proven track record of exceeding renewal targets and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in contract negotiations and management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
