We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our practical completion and defect artefact delivery programme. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of quality artefacts that meet the specified requirements.

  • Proven experience in practical completion delivery is essential, with a strong understanding of delivery programmes and artefact management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of defects management, Share Point, telecommunications cabling standards, and regulations.
  • Great communication skills to keep teams informed of deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and negotiate and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external clients, subcontractors & stakeholders, with a focus on customer-oriented service-based outcomes.
  • Developed analytical and planning/prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of practical completion and defect artefacts in accordance with the programme.
  • Management of defects and artefact delivery, including preparation of as-built and artefact requirements.
  • Coordination of quality on-time artefacts, negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders, with a focus on customer-oriented service-based outcomes.
  • Develops and implements process improvements, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
