Our client, a rapidly evolving leader in the critical infrastructure space, is seeking to build a Project Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) and has engaged us to connect them with an experienced Project Management Practice Lead.

**About the role**:
As the Project Management Practice Lead, you will be accountable for a combination of:

- People Leadership:

- Build and lead a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of delivery, accountability, and growth.
- Act as a mentor and coach for your team in developing their skills across delivery methodologies and advancing their careers.
- Hold responsibility for recruiting and onboarding new team members to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Project Delivery:

- Partner with key stakeholders within the business (C-Suite, Business Analysis, IT Leaders etc) to plan, execute, and monitor complex IT projects across the organisation.
- Ensure stakeholder communication is open and consistent, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Strategic Contribution:

- Work with senior leadership across the organisation to define the practice strategy and alignment with the PMO objectives.
- Stay close to industry news, adapting with emerging methodologies, technologies, and trends to maintain a best-in-class PM Practice.

**About You**:

- Significant demonstrated experience in IT Project Management with a strong understanding of the IT and critical infrastructure landscape, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in line with assigned budget, scope, and timeframes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching Project Managers, with an in-depth knowledge of various Project Management frameworks and best-practices.
