Our client, a rapidly evolving leader in the critical infrastructure space, is seeking to build a Business Analysis Centre of Excellence (CoE) and has engaged us to connect them with an experienced Business Analysis Practice Lead.

**About the role**:
As the BA Practice Lead, you will be accountable for a combination of:

- People Leadership:

- Build and lead a team of Business Analysts fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and growth.
- Act as a mentor and coach for your team in developing their skills across delivery methodologies.
- Hold responsibility for recruiting and onboarding new team members to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Project Delivery:

- Partner with key stakeholders within the business (C-Suite, Project Management, IT Leaders etc) to gather, analyse, and document comprehensive requirements and objectives.
- Ensure stakeholder communication is open and consistent, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Strategic Contribution:

- Work with senior leadership across the organisation to define the practice strategy and alignment with the PMO objectives.
- Stay close to industry news, adapting with emerging methodologies, technologies, and trends to maintain a best-in-class BA Practice.

**About You**:

- Significant demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the IT and utilities landscape, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects through strong requirement management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching Business Analysts, with an in-depth knowledge of various Business Analysis methodologies and best practices.
