Campus Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Campus Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our outdoor spaces, facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining the appearance of outdoor spaces through mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning
  • Attending to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments
  • Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways
  • Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy

You will work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent service and maintain a high standard across the site.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
  • A valid driver's license
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
