The role of a Fire Safety Specialist involves playing a critical part in responding to emergency incidents and promoting community safety.
As a Fire Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to fire and other emergency incidents in a safe and effective manner, as well as contributing to the upkeep and hygiene of station facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to emergency incidents in accordance with established protocols
- Promote community safety through education and outreach activities
- Maintain required attendance standards for emergency incidents and training
- Australian citizenship or permanent resident status
- Manual C Class driver's licence
- Ability to commit to attending 50% of calls as a day worker with routine hours or 30% of calls as a shift worker
