Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As the face of our company to our fitness partners, you will be responsible for managing a high revenue book of business, interpreting performance metrics, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an expert on boutique fitness and wellness in your markets, including the competitive landscape
- Responsible for revenue and Reservation growth across your book of business and market
- Responsible Market wide partner retention focus with monthly and quarterly targets
- Prospecting and selling new fitness and wellness studios onto our platform
Requirements
- Experience in client relationship management, account growth, and retention
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
