We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Studio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Sydney studios.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, management, and sales, with a passion for fitness and customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Managing studio operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the fitness industry, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
