The Role
We're growing fast and looking for a strategic, relationship-savvy Network Development Manager to help expand and strengthen our gym facility network.
You'll be the driving force behind building and maintaining high-value partnerships with gym and recreation facilities.
A key aspect of the role is to establish and nurture gym supplier relationships to ensure ongoing high availability of a quality product offering.
Ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients and their employees.
Responsibilities
Identify gym facilities required to join the Fitness Passport gym network and develop and maintain profitable programs / agreements with gym facility providers
Manage all aspects of the commercial arrangements with gym facility providers including contract development and execution
Establish and nurture gym supplier relationships to ensure ongoing high availability of a quality product offering
Negotiate with facilities on pricing in the best interests of Fitness Passport ensuring facility relationships remain stable prioritizing long term contracts
Work closely with the ANZ Network Development Manager to manage master packages and develop new employer programs
Partner with internal stakeholders—including Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Facility Support—to align on business goals and deliver a seamless experience
Provide timely updates and reporting to senior leadership on network status, changes in the market, and commercial progress
Act as the voice of Fitness Passport within the network and represent our values in every interaction
About You
Genuinely curious and passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.
3+ years in account management or commercial partnership roles
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills – both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong prioritisation, reporting, and time management skills
Proficient with Excel and CRM/database management tools
Experience in the fitness industry or a membership-based business is highly desirable
A proactive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Self-starter with strong planning and prioritisation skills
