With experience in leveraging JA in strategic HR functionality/processes, this individual will excel in career planning, talent management, and succession planning.

This is a fixed-term role offering a salary package of $163,800, consisting of $140k + Super, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days onsite. The position demands strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and analytical problem-solving skills.

A successful applicant will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaboration within agile teams.

  • Demonstrated past experience of designing and implementing a Job Architecture within an ERP system
