About the Opportunity:

KBR is seeking a skilled Systems & Software Engineer to support its Maritime Sustainment Division with inputs to Defence ERP Tranche 3 scoping study.

This role will involve supporting complex engineering and maintenance programs, as well as transitioning current systems into an ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to the MSD response and ERP Program Tranche 3 Complex Engineering and Maintenance (CEM) scoping study.
  • Represent KBR at relevant events and meetings.
  • Contribute to recommendations and development of associated artefacts in support of the scoping study.
  • Support project management and risk management activities.
  • Collaborate with other projects and SMEs to understand Navy Logistics Information Systems (NLIS) and existing Maritime processes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a relevant field, and/or requisite industry experience.
  • A current Defence Security Clearance – Baseline (or higher).
  • Skills and knowledge in Defence Navy Logistics and Information (NLIS) Systems, and Maritime engineering and maintenance practices and processes.
  • An understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
