Emergency Management Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Services Officer for a leadership role on a FIFO roster. This position requires expertise in emergency management and medical response, as well as strong organizational, administration, and communication skills.

The Role

  • Lead and mentor Emergency Services Officers and the Emergency Response Team
  • Ensure compliance with emergency response plans, medical protocols, and training schedules
  • Maintain and inspect emergency and medical equipment
  • Administer medical treatment and manage medical protocols
  • Collate performance data and maintain accurate records
  • Identify areas for improvement in emergency response procedures and participate in post-incident debriefings

Key Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in emergency management and medical response (mining experience essential)
  • Leadership experience and strong mentoring skills
  • Strong organisational, administration, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
