Customer Service Specialist

This role plays a vital part in streamlining processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the team, your expertise will drive engagement and motivation across the board, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.

In this dynamic position, you will report directly to the Lead of Payments and join the Payments team in delivering high-quality services to our customers. Each day, you will go above and beyond to:

  • Process allocated workloads efficiently, accurately, and within set timescales and standards.
  • Bring attention to problems or issues that may impact service quality, enabling corrective action to be taken.
  • Carry out quality control and necessary checks on own and team members' work.
  • Liaise with internal customers and external service providers, maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Work in the best interests of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate.

You will also ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety requirements and provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions.
