
Key Customer Experience Specialist

At our organization, we are looking for individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and assisting customers with general banking inquiries. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
We require our Customer Service Representatives to possess excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems. A genuine interest in banking or financial services is also essential. Additionally, we seek individuals who are resilient and professional in a fast-paced environment.
During your training period, which consists of classroom training and on-the-job training, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services. You will also have access to platform discounts, private healthcare policy discounts, performance-based incentives, and monthly social engagement activities.
It is essential to meet all job scorecard requirements during training, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations. 100% attendance is required during training. If work-from-home is offered, you will need a stable internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Customer service experience
- A genuine interest in banking or financial services
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:
- Providing account balances
- Replacing debit and credit cards
- Updating personal information
- Resolving issues with online banking
- Investigating transactions and disputes
- Managing fraud inquiries
- Logging complaints and capturing feedback
- Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols
