A Key Role in Customer Experience

As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in creating a stress-free experience for our customers.
- Welcome and assist customers as they enter the branch
- Help customers with transactional and savings banking needs
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Provide relevant banking advice based on their situation and goals
- Refer customers to specialists when required

The ideal candidate will have a background in face-to-face customer service, with experience handling cash and building relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
