We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on Amazon Canvas and provide consultative services to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that integrate Video, Display, and DSP, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive measurable brand and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support advertiser success and influence future innovation.
  • Maintain operational excellence in campaign execution, reporting, and administrative workflows to ensure flawless delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales/account management.
  • Proven expertise in screens (Video/CTV/BVOD/OTT) and digital platforms/DSP proficiency.
  • Demonstrated operational and administrative excellence, including campaign setup, reporting, and process management.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior clients.
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable client insights.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
