Job Overview:

We are seeking a Programmatic Sales Specialist to drive revenue across platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in programmatic sales, digital media, and strong commercial drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue across platforms to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver end-to-end solutions from brief to post-campaign reporting.
  • Grow new business by engaging agencies and clients to expand the client base.
  • Lead technical innovation by partnering with Ad Tech teams on clean room solutions and troubleshooting deals with suppliers.
  • Manage performance and relationships by overseeing deal health, analysing data, and maintaining strong ties with suppliers and agency teams.
  • Mentor and support team development, guiding executives and junior staff while serving as the primary market contact for agencies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in programmatic sales roles.
  • 2+ years digital media experience in a sales-focused role.
  • High level understanding of the digital media landscape and programmatic transactions & audience segmentation.
  • Experience working with suppliers and generating new business.
  • Strong commercial drive and understanding of sales imperatives.
  • Established relationships with agencies.
