Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Digital Media Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in account management. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, analysing data, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing digital client portfolios to maximise revenue
  • Utilising excellent communication skills to convey complex licensing information
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Effective communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- 2-3 years of experience in an account management setting
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced capabilities with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Self-driven and adaptable, capable of reordering priorities as necessary
- Exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with the digital media market and/or music copyright is highly advantageous
