We are on the look out for a contract Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Paid Media team at WiredCo., home to some of Australia's most loved brands - including Pizza Hut, R.M. Williams, THE ICONIC, Indeed, Georg Jensen, and bond-eye swimwear - all wrapped up in an award-winning people-first culture.

**the role**:
Responsibility: Supporting the team on implementation and reporting of paid media campaigns across Paid Search Advertising primarily, but also Display Advertising, YouTube/Video Advertising, Pinterest Advertising, Audio advertising, Affiliate Marketing and Digital Out of Home (DOOH). Paid Social is a plus, but not mandatory.

The Day to Day responsibilities:

- Budget management
- Campaign strategy development
- Campaign structure development and management
- Ad copy development
- Manage campaign builds from start to finish
- Ongoing optimisation and tracking towards KPIs
- Running A/B tests
- Campaign reporting and actionable insights
- Hours Contracted: 15-20 Hours per week Remote Working is common for this role

**the experience**:

- 2+ years' experience in the Digital media and performance space, particularly Paid Search. Thorough experience with campaign optimisation, management and reporting
- Exceptional technical knowledge and platform experience to deliver outstanding results across Paid Search and Programmatic media
- Prolific in understanding data in Google Analytics and gaining actionable insights
- Proactiveness on managing work and upcoming activity.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail

**the package**:

- Offering $50-80 per hour, depending on experience.
