Job Summary

The Advancement Services Specialist role is a key position within the Advancement and Communications Division at the University of Wollongong.

This specialist will be responsible for leveraging advancement information systems to identify high-value individuals and groups for targeted engagement and connection with the university.

The role requires conducting thorough research, providing insightful reports, and offering recommendations that support the University's strategic outreach efforts with alumni, donors, community members, and key stakeholders.

To ensure data accuracy and currency, the specialist will work diligently to maintain up-to-date constituent information and provide sophisticated background research on notable individuals, organizations, and groups.

This individual will play a vital part in a collaborative team managing data, conducting prospect research, and producing reports using Advancement databases and systems.
