**Operational Excellence Leader - Golf and Hospitality Venue**

We are seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will maintain operational excellence, lead a small team in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage day-to-day operations, supervise a team, and ensure a high-quality experience for guests.
  • Coordinate events, manage incidents, and uphold company policies.
  • Support staff members in hospitality functions, such as food service and customer interactions.

**Requirements:**

  • Natural leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers, support a young team, and work on the floor or assist with food service.
  • Reliability, adaptability, and ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience in recreational, hospitality, or supervisory roles (public golf, bar, café, leisure).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • RSA certification; First Aid and Food Safety certificates highly desirable.
