About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service division as a Customer Service Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive and positive relationships with clients, acting as the liaison between the Sales, Operations, and Account Management team for customer queries, and providing regular updates in accordance with the company's SOPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, and Account Management team to resolve customer issues
  • Provide regular updates to customers on shipment information, order status, and other relevant details
  • Monitor and resolve customer grievances and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with monitoring ongoing claims and resolving billing queries
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Intermediate to expert level Excel skills
  • Knowledge and experience of air and sea operations, both import and export, would be highly beneficial but is not essential
