About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service by scanning items, processing payments, and engaging with our customers. You'll be a go-to person for customer queries, and your enthusiasm, energy, and pace will make a real difference to our customers' shopping experience.

About You and Your Skills

  • You'll have a commitment to providing great customer experiences and be able to work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You'll be knowledgeable and able to answer customer queries confidently.
  • You'll be active and able to work on your feet for long periods of time, with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching required.
  • You'll be available to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
