Claims Specialist Role

This key role is accountable for the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims in accordance with supply contracts and industry legislation. The successful candidate will be fully supported with training, with exposure to multiple teams to assist with our collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress claims as per contractual obligations and industry legislation, including gathering and submitting all supporting documentation
- Coordinate all project-related parties to expedite customer payment
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as management and finance teams, to ensure effective financial management and support their financial needs
- Review and reconcile monthly Payment Schedules from customers in response to the submitted monthly Payment Claims
- Identify customer payment claim disputes for escalation and resolution
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or preparing monthly progress claims for construction contracts is highly desirable
- Similar experience in a Construction Industry role
- High level of computer literacy and attention to detail
- High level of Professional acumen
- Confidence in building relationships and partnering with Stakeholders at all levels
- High level of motivation, proactive and able to work independently
