Front Office Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who can lead and inspire a team, promote effective collaboration among departments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and empower the front office team to achieve their best performance
  • Foster a positive working relationship between departments, promoting teamwork and open communication
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet operational needs and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Support the Resort Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing teams
  • Availability and flexibility to meet with clients and address their needs promptly
  • Demonstrated skills in motivating, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems effectively
  • Capacity to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in resort hospitality management
