Front Office Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team in Port Douglas. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing organization, where you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the resort.
Main Responsibilities:
- Motivate and inspire the front office team to achieve exceptional results
- Direct and promote teamwork between resort departments to ensure seamless operations
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to meet staffing needs
- Assist Resort Manager with policy planning, implementation, and monitoring
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven management abilities with a strong track record of motivating teams
- Availability and flexibility to meet client needs, including weekend shifts and public holidays
- Demonstrated experience in employee training, coaching, and development
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering results
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Resort Hospitality Management
