Job Title: Front Office Manager

We put the world on vacation by delivering exceptional resort experiences to our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the resort. This role interacts with owners and guests, all resort departments, the community, and the corporate office as necessary.

  • Motivate and inspire the front office team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff, to assure adequate staffing levels at all times within guidelines.
  • Assist the Resort Manager with the planning, implementing, and monitoring of policy and procedure to ensure consistency across the resort.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven management abilities with a track record of success.
  • Availability and flexibility to meet with clients to ensure highest standards are met and maintained within reason.
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace to minimize disruptions and optimize efficiency.
  • Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Resort Hospitality Management with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
