Front Office Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team.

  • Motivate and inspire the team members
  • Direct and promote collaboration between resort departments, fostering a positive work environment
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training processes to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Support the Resort Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven management abilities and strong leadership skills
  • Availability and flexibility to meet with clients and maintain high standards
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve workplace problems efficiently
  • Multitasking and productivity in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in Resort Hospitality Management
Key Responsibilities
  1. Motivate and inspire the front office team by promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork among colleagues.
  2. Direct and promote collaboration between resort departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  3. Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times within budget guidelines.
  4. Assist the Resort Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
