Effective Claims Manager

As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end claims processes for Workers Compensation. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing low-complexity claims from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Confirming coverage and assessing liability, gathering facts and issuing relevant notices in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records of claims information, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Following governance requirements, policies, and procedures for Workers Compensation claims to ensure seamless claim management.
- Communicating proactively with customers, providing regular updates and support throughout the claim process to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinating medical support to help customers return to work as quickly and safely as possible.
- Supporting team members by assisting with administrative tasks, updating records, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate to maintain operational efficiency.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to navigate complex claims scenarios and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in managing end-to-end claims, particularly in Workers Compensation, is highly valued, but not required. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth are essential for success in this role.
