Effective Claims Manager

We are seeking a professional to manage a portfolio of recovery claims and provide essential administrative support.
The successful candidate will have clear and confident communication skills, sharp attention to detail, discretion when handling sensitive information, initiative and independence, and a customer-first mindset.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of recovery claims

- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within banking, finance or insurance
- Solid background in administration within a financial services environment
- Certificate III in Financial Services or Certificate IV in General Insurance (preferred but not essential)
