You will manage claims from start to finish, analysing policy details and making sound decisions.
- Proactively coordinate all aspects of a claim, ensuring seamless processing and minimal delays.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with various stakeholders, including assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.
- Navigate complex issues and high-value decisions with care and attention to detail.
- Select and coordinate service providers, working effectively with assessors, builders, legal experts, and more.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance claim outcomes.
You are an insurance professional with a strong foundation in claims management, committed to solving problems, working collaboratively, and making a positive impact.
- Prior experience managing property claims or loss adjusting is highly valued.
- Strata experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- You possess clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills, as well as a curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
