About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Counter Manager to join our Guerlain team at David Jones. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of beauty products, and inspiring our clients to look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Share your expertise on Guerlain products, making recommendations and inspiring clients to try new products.
  • Work closely with the Counter Manager to empower clients to achieve their beauty goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
  • Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
