About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry accuracy, and supporting our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Offer prompt and accurate customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Data Entry: Maintain high levels of data entry accuracy in sales order picking and processing.
  • Logistics Support: Assist the Logistics Department with data entry, documentation, activation, picking, and invoicing.
  • Warehouse Operations: Pick items from the warehouse as required to pack orders for customers.

Requirements:
  • Good Work History: Demonstrate a solid work history and a strong track record of reliability.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess experience in dealing with external customers and providing high levels of communication.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Be willing to make yourself available to the Logistics team to assist with enquiries, picks, and order processing.
