About the Role

As a Counter Manager at David Jones Ltd., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Dermalogica department.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate beauty expert with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. If you have a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty and leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve commercial objectives and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dermalogica products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations.
