The Daikin Trade Centre is a key business unit that supports existing and new trade customers in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration market. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trade Counter Sales Representative to join our team based in our Daikin Trade Centre in NSW, offering a challenging and rewarding career path.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Daikin customers through the prompt processing and management of sales orders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and capturing sales order details accurately for entry into our SAP system.
- Accurately preparing and capturing sales orders, processing stock movements, and processing EFT payments.
- Promptly and professionally tending to customer enquiries and keeping customers informed on their sales orders and delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals with:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Data entry experience and exposure to SAP or a similar system will be advantageous.
- A current NSW forklift license (LF) is essential.
