The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions, with a keen eye for embedding learning and behaviors throughout the employee lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of learning programs across the ANZ region, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver learning solutions aligned with the Financial Management Group's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include autonomously managing training offerings from end to end, overseeing the Learning Management System, and supporting the design of engaging and impactful learning programs.

In addition to excellent technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management and attention to detail, ensuring multiple deadlines are met across various projects. A strong ability to facilitate engaging sessions and work collaboratively with teams is also essential.
