About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-learning Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation partner, you will be responsible for analysing client requirements, configuring SuccessFactors LMS modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client requirements and identify opportunities to enhance their e-learning experience
  • Configure SuccessFactors LMS modules to meet client needs, working closely with our implementation partner as needed
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to address complex system issues and implement seamless solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and providers to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS modules and other related systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how system design and learning logic impact user experience and engagement
  • Experience working in complex organisations and systems
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
