About the Opportunity

As a Team Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing effective workflows and processes that enable teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

You will configure collaboration tools to meet the needs of different teams and stakeholders, provide expert-level support and guidance to teams on using these tools, identify opportunities for automation and integration to improve tool performance and user experience.

In this role, you will work closely with teams across an organization to understand their needs and design solutions that address their challenges.

A core part of this role is enablement, helping teams get the most out of our collaboration tools. You will build and curate a self-serve knowledge base, run onboarding clinics, and champion learning moments that grow self-sufficiency with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, and Miro.

This position involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to think critically.

Requirements:
