About the Role

We seek a Marketing Operations Manager to lead our brand strategy. This pivotal role involves streamlining marketing processes, integrating people and platforms for efficient campaign execution.

You will focus on simplifying complexities, championing smarter workflows, optimizing systems, and unlocking team capacity. You will also lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering operational excellence and creative agility.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the Marketing Critical Path — Lead planning and execution across communications, category, content, PR, social, and packaging.
  2. Lead Marketing Process & Briefing Operations — Refine end-to-end marketing and briefing processes for efficiency and clarity.
  3. Drive Project & Financial Management — Oversee timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ROI.
  4. Enforce Marketing Timelines & Accountability — Develop and manage activity timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  5. Optimize Systems & Platforms — Implement tools to enhance workflow, adaptability, and collaboration.
  6. Manage External Partners — Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, couriers, and software providers.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in retail or a fast-paced environment
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in print and digital content production and workflows
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate change
  • Management experience in traditional and digital marketing
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and administrative skills
  • Excellent planning, time management, and project coordination
  • Financial acumen and budget management
  • Successful cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for continuous improvement and technology
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear plans
