Our organization seeks an experienced Telematics System Reliability Specialist to ensure the robustness and accuracy of telemetry data, device and system resilience, and deliver high-quality support to customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, firmware, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software engineers, and customer service professionals.
  • Analyze CAN bus, TCP/IP data, GNSS logs, and use AT commands to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Work closely with OEM partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to align product designs with market demands and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role working within telematics and automotive electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex field issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic workflows, ticket systems, and bench testing environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
