Key Specialist Role for Advanced Caseflow System

This is a pivotal position in enhancing legal services through our document automation and workflow platform, Caseflow. The ideal candidate will act as both technical lead and strategic partner to stakeholders, streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining a secure system environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for Caseflow, our leading matter management and workflow solution, with stakeholders and team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create, enhance and continuously improve Caseflow processes, prioritising client requirements and value delivery.
  • Analyse business processes to reduce friction, improve efficiency and deliver high-quality results aligned with client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain transparent documentation of Caseflow solutions.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, challenge legacy views and stay open to learning new skills and systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date precedents and templates within Caseflow.
  • Design and manage Caseflow SSRS reporting.
  • Administer and maintain the Caseflow web portal.
  • Oversee Caseflow user licence management.
  • Provide training and support to Caseflow users to further develop their knowledge.
  • Liaise with vendors for external support where necessary.
  • Ensure ongoing cyber security awareness, staying informed on latest threats, and implement best practices to protect clients and the firm from cyberattacks.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Caseflow development skills.
  • A deep understanding of different areas of law.
  • Strong comprehension, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Superior literacy and presentation skills.
  • Desirable: experience with SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI reporting.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the legal industry.
