Job Description
\We are seeking a skilled and innovative Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the workforce management team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience and driving effectiveness and efficiency for our operational teams.
\Your primary responsibilities will include leading system administration, configuring and updating UKG Pro Workforce Management systems, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance modules. You will also be responsible for driving innovation by implementing and integrating system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption.
\In addition, you will need to solve problems by troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert support to our operations and payroll teams. You will also ensure compliance by configuring systems to meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies.
\Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with our People and Culture and technology teams to enhance processes and maintain data integrity. You will also provide insights by generating reports and analyzing workforce data to guide informed decision-making.
\To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
