Regional Partnership Leader

Our network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning Clinics is seeking a Regional Partnership Leader to join our team in metropolitan Victoria, North-West region. The RPL role was created to service the unique needs of our referring medical specialists.

The Regional Partnership Leader will be responsible for managing and growing medical specialist relationships within their geographical region, triaging medical referred patients throughout our network, and providing thorough handovers to our clinicians of medically referred clients.

The successful applicant must demonstrate ability to work harmoniously with multiple stakeholders - clinic leaders, clinical colleagues, patients and referring medical partners.

The role combines clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, offering flexibility to work from home two days a week and dedicate time to your own professional development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and grow medical specialist relationships within their geographical region.
    • Triage medical referred patients throughout our network.
    • Provide thorough handovers to our clinicians of medically referred clients.
  • Requirements:
    • Physiotherapy qualification.
    • AHPRA registration.
    • Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
