The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for driving the delivery of clinical deliverables. You will work cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of the trial, overseeing clinical operations from a quality, timeline, budget, and scope perspective.

Our team embraces new ideas generation and encourages people to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for clinical project delivery with regards to agreed time, scope, cost, and quality.
  • Support/Lead Clinical project team ensuring effective cross-functional teamwork among project team members including both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as escalation point for clinical project issues within area of project responsibility to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.

Experience and Qualifications: A wealth of CRA experience on-site or in-house. Advanced knowledge of clinical site management across Australia & New Zealand. Key qualifications include:

  • Ability to work from client office a minimum of 50% of the time.
