Business Development Manager - Oncology and Clinical Sequencing

Description:

Our organization is dedicated to building strong partnerships with key clinical clients to support genomic approaches that improve care. In this role, you will develop and implement the clinical business development strategy across key clients, delivering breakthrough technology solutions to enhance patient management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our company in strategic clinical settings with government, industry, and clinical clients. Influence and collaborate with industry leaders to drive the adoption and implementation of new tests.
  • Focus on business development, build a short and long-term funnel captured in a CRM system and a strong business plan to exceed expectations.
  • Identify, develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key decision makers, or potential influencers across the territory to grow and promote the business.
  • Remain informed about market changes, competitive landscapes, and client needs to adjust quickly to respond to dynamic market opportunities.
  • Manage key processes, including annual price agreement renewal, sales funnels, forecasting, CRM, mobility, territory, and account planning, as well as driving excellence in process to enable the team and customers.
  • Build and manage existing accounts and prospect for new business to drive our footprint in emerging segments and contribute to sales growth.
  • Partner and work with local sales, marketing, FAS, FSE teams to build business opportunities and coordinate a company approach with customers.
  • Meet revenue and annual sales targets as set each year for the defined territory and contribute to the achievement of region goals.
