Lead the Communication Charge on Major Infrastructure Projects

This Is a Temporary Role Based in the South Coast Region

You will make a significant difference in your local community by shaping our narrative, amplifying the impact of initiatives, fostering public trust and ensuring stakeholders are engaged and empowered by what we do.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans for major infrastructure projects, including messaging development and stakeholder relations.
  • Provide expert communication advice to project teams, facilitate meetings, events and workshops to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate media activities, respond to ministerial requests and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex problems and promote open communications and best practice engagement initiatives.
About You
  • You have experience working in complex government environments, communications and engagement. Experience in construction, development or planning is advantageous.
  • You are adaptable with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making a positive impact in your community.
  • You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and possess skills in communication, engagement, media or public relations.
