About the Role

This role is responsible for planning and delivering outreach and engagement strategies that leverage data insights to drive meaningful interactions between alumni and the university.

Strategies include targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events in Australia, abroad, and virtually.

As a key member of a multidisciplinary division, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to the university's alumni community.

You will proactively engage these stakeholders to identify tangible benefits for alumni and foster lasting relationships that advance the university's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven outreach and engagement strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events that enhance the alumni experience.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaborative growth and development.
